Check for leaks under sink (Small drips around cutoff valves)
Open and close all cutoff valves to test
Cutoff valves should be on all sinks and commodes
Washer cutoffs
Dryer vent should be accessible
Crawl space accessible
Attic accessible
Run dishwasher to check for leaks
Check stairs for squeaks
Check all hand rails for strength
Check distance between any spindles in stair cases or deck for distance (Children's Saftey)

Looks good to me...more extensive than what I did. Walking on your hardwood floors with socks on can help with detect soft spots, etc...good luck.
